Uploading your presentation file　（IMPORTANT due date: June 7th, 2021)

All the presenters of the Plenary, Keynote, Invited and Regular talks excluding talks on panel symposium are required the mp4 file for on-demand streaming.

So please upload your mp4 presentation file to the specified URL by following the email which has been sent to the presenters around April. 20th, 2021. The email subject was "【ICPST38】 Instruction of the uploading the presentation mp4 file for on demand streaming video".

Apr. 20 (Tue), 2021 (00:00, JST) ～ Jun. 7 (Mon), 2021 (23:59, JST)

Upload data changing: Jun 8 (Tue), 2021 (00:00, JST) to Jun. 14 (Wed), 2021 (11:59, JST)

＜How to upload mp4 file＞

Login

You will be able to log in to "File upload" page using the presentation number and e-mail address.

File upload

1. Prepare the video file (file size under 500 MB, file format: MP4).
2. Click "ファイルを選択" button. You can select the video file to upload.

3. Please read the "Notice" at the top of the page carefully and check the two check boxes.
4. Click "upload" button to complete the video file upload.

＜How to prepare mp4 presentation file＞

Thank you for your presentation submission to the EUVL session of ICPST-38.

The preparation instruction of presentation mp4 file for on demand streaming is described in an attached file. The upload URL will be announced on the ICPST-38 website in the middle of April. The uploading period will be April 20 to June 7th, 2021. In this period, please upload your presentation mp4 file.
